The Property Place, Inc. is Dickson's largest property management company. Currently we manage over 150 properties located throughout Dickson County. These properties include residential multi-family & single family, commercial office & general retail space as well as self-storage units.
We list all types of property For Sale, but especially like to handle investment sales.

I have been with The Property Place, Inc. Since 1984
Bio: My wife Susan and I founded The Property Place, Inc. in 1984. We both had been selling real estate for years with other companies and decided to begin our own firm. We began purchasing investment property and managing it through The Property Place, Inc. We began with single-family properties, then multi-family, commercial office space, and eventually lots and land. While running this office, we also owned/operated several convenience stores. Brokering the sales of such properties has always been of great interest to me. Probably due to the fact that I, myself, have owned/operated stores for years and grew up working for my father in our family general store.
Currently, I devote the majority of my time to brokering commercial property and businesses of all types. We still hold many investment properties, but I leave the management of such to my staff.
Two of my three daughters are currently enrolled in college, the third is enrolled in medical training. They don't share my interest in Real Estate or Business, but are guaranteed to make their mark on the world. |  | Vickie L. Dunaway

Position: Administrative Assistant/ Affiliate Broker
I have been with The Property Place, Inc. Since February 24, 2001
Bio: When I began working with this company in 2001, I intially worked with convenience store operations. When the stores were sold in 2003, I began working with Robyn in the Real Estate office as an Administrative Assistant. Learning the ins and outs of property management has been more than interesting and prompted me to obtain my Real Estate license. As a licensed Affiliate Broker in the state of Tennessee, I now show properties as well as handle in office appointments, lease signings and payables/receivables. Multi-tasking constantly insures I will never be bored in this office. (Not that I would have the time to even think about it.) To further prove my undeniable loyalty and commitment to the succesfulness of this firm, I also live in one of the properties we manage.
Without current family obligations, I love to spend what little free time I have, in travel. The beach is my favorite destination. |  | Roger N. Harper

Position: Affiliate Broker
I have been with The Property Place, Inc. Since 2008
Bio: I have been involved with the real estate industry in a number of capacities over the past 25 years, such as an owner, developer, consultant, and most recently as an Affiliate Broker. I have held senior executive positions at major real estate development companies during my career. I have extensive experience with multi-family, mixed use, retail, investment, and senior housing properties. I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am also a listed civil mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court and I'm on the panel of neutrals with the American Arbitration Association. On a more personal note, I enjoy golf and music. I have been married for 27 years (all to the same woman). I have one son and two lovely grandchildren. My wife Betty is very involved in equestrian activities.

Position: Real Estate Broker/Property Manager
I have been with The Property Place, Inc. Since September 14, 1992
Bio: I moved to Dickson in Spring of 1992 from West Tennessee. Prior to hiring on with The Property Place, Inc. in September of 1992, I was employeed by Mid-State Credit Bureau's Mortgage Reporting Division.
My husband Charlie and I now have three sons, Tyler (18),Eli (4) and Reagan (19 mths).
I am the active office and property manager as well as a Real Estate Broker licensed to sell and manage property in the state of Tennessee. I have time for only one hobbie outside of work and family and that it 'fitness'. I am a certified fitness instructor and teach evening classes at Powerhouse Gym.
My main duties with The Property Place, Inc. include previewing new properties for management criteria, meeting with investors, completing move-in/move-out and lease renewal inspections and consulting with maintenance personnel. I maintain accounting records and prepare all month-end accounting statements for our clients. Much of what I do requires out of office time, so don't be suprised when my assistant says I'm not available. Email is my communication method of choice.
I specialize in sales of residential investment property, but love to find and list homes for my current tenants to purchase. First time home buyers are always welcome in my door. I will answer all of your questions pertaining to your real estate transaction.
