Our Team

President, Principal Broker & Property Manager, Robyn Smith, has spent her entire real estate career of over 30 years with The Property Place, Inc.  She and her husband Charlie purchased the business November of 2022.  She loves to work with investors to expand their property portfolio by locating and selling investment properties to them and managing the properties after the sale.  Who better to sell you an investment property than a property manager that knows cash flow!


Original founder of The Property Place, Inc., Donald Armstrong, has been licensed for real estate in the state of Tennessee since 1981. He and his wife Susan started this family-owned business in 1984.  He specializes mainly in putting together commercial deals.  Don also holds a real estate license in Florida.


Chandra Dodson is our tenant leasing coordinator for The Property Place, Inc.  She began with the business in 2023 and is the smiling face you see when you step in our office.   Chandra manages tenant accounts and all receivables, gives rental information and schedules property viewings. 


Jessica Agostino is our maintenance coordinator for The Property Place, Inc.  She began with our company January 2025.  She may be the new hire, but she doesn't show it!  She coordinates all maintenance of our properties, conducts lease renewal inspections, and is our accounts payable department.
